The City of Lenexa Municipal Services building consolidates the City’s municipal services office, and field and facilities staff in one location. In addition to office space for professional and administrative staff, space for field personnel includes locker and shower facilities, computer work spaces, and a break room adjacent to an assembly/ready room. The multi-purpose assembly/ready room is used for day-to-day operational assignments and by other groups during emergency situations. Materials were selected to respond to the needs and requirements of the individual spaces.
