PGAV assisted Garmin to develop a comprehensive master plan for its headquarters site in Olathe, Kansas, and went on to design and implement the original 8-story office and research tower. In Phase II, PGAV designed additions that more than doubled Garmin’s space and accommodated additional research and development labs, manufacturing, office space, warehouse, and support spaces including cafeteria, conference and training facilities. Since then, PGAV has assisted Garmin with numerous projects including: Phase III Expansion to provide warehouse space, large auditorium and parking structure; Expansion and renovation of the Industrial Design Studios and Shops to accommodate emerging prototyping technology, bolster team collaboration and accommodate business growth; and new and renovated amenity space including food service and event pavilion.
