Brookdale Overland Park was designed to be a model senior living facility in the region, known for its amenities and excellent service to residents. Accommodating three levels of care, residents can have all of their needs provided within a single, attractive campus.

A 100-bed skilled nursing facility is the central element of the community and offers the most specialized care to residents for long and short-term stays. The facility includes a large therapy suite with gym, exam rooms and a simulated residence. In addition to the nursing facility, 80 homes for assisted living and memory care residents are located in connecting buildings. Congregate areas are themed with building storefronts, including a movie theater, church, spa and dining opportunities.
